Delivery 

Delivery time 

Many of our items are made to order.  Please make sure you allow enough time to receive your order. We aim to get things to you as quickly as possible. If we are busy it may take up to a maximum of 20 working days. 

Delivery in the UK

We do not currently charge VAT. All prices shown on product pages are the total cost of the item. Postage/delivery will be added at the end.

Delivery outside the UK - in Europe  

If you order from outside the UK a standard charge of £10 will be added to your order.

Delivery outside the UK - rest of the world

If you order from further afield,  £20 will be added and we will contact you for any further charge we need to make - and give you the option to go ahead or cancel your order. We always search for the most cost effective way to send parcels.

Complaints

Please let us know if we get something wrong.

We are happy to accept Local Authority and NHS Purchase Orders if it is not possible to purchase via the on-line shop.

  • enter size and colour as applicable

  • detailed item code will appear directly below the product name

Shipping Cost 

Check the delivery charge by placing all items in the Checkout - delivery is not included in the price shown on the product page.

We much appreciate speedy payment  on receipt of goods.

Refunds and returns 

Make sure you get what you need

We are always very happy to talk with you about all aspects of the resources we offer before you buy them, to make sure they are suitable for your needs so you don’t end up with something you don’t want or that isn’t useful to you. Email us - info@jabadao.org - and we will respond as soon as we can.  

If things are not good enough

Please get in touch with us if you are disappointed with something and we will try and put it right as soon as we can. We hate it if you are not happy or the resources are not useful - so we work as quickly as we can, either to improve things or refund you. 

This information does not alter your legal rights

Returns

You can cancel an order from the moment you place your order until fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods.

Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent to us by email or letter - and because sometimes there are technical glitches, we need to confirm receipt of your cancellation. If you don't receive an email from us within 48 hours you will need to get in touch again as it means we haven’t received it.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Returning goods

If you have already received the goods, package them up and send them back to us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.  

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Cost of returning goods

If we are at fault, we will pay for the cost of returning the items. This includes faulty items or items that are not up to the standard that you should be able to expect from us.

If you have simply changed your mind, or not read the description on the website carefully enough - ending up with goods that are different from what you expected - we will ask you to pay for the return postage, (but we will still pay for the original postage of the item to you).
